摘 要：
An alternative to overcome the issue of far away build airport is to adopt take-off and landing paths over water. The EKRANOPLAN (Waterborne Ground Effect Aircraft) concept has the potential to offer a form of high-speed efficient marine transport. In order to overcome hydrodynamic drag on take-off and stability across all flight regimes a new method of describing the combined effects of both aerodynamics and hydrodynamics, and their impact on the stability of the EKRANOPLAN is proposed.
报告人简介：
Laurent Dala 教授，1997年获得英国曼彻斯特大学航空航天工程专业博士学位；1998-2000年担任法国国立工艺学院航空技术研究所应用空气动力学系主任；2006-2011年担任西英格兰大学高级讲师；2011-2013年担任南非维特沃特斯兰德大学副教授；2013-2015年担任南非航空航天协会主席，同期兼职南非比勒陀利亚大学航空工程系特聘教授；2016-2018年担任英国诺森比亚大学机械工程系主任，2018年至今担任英国诺森比亚大学机械与建筑工程学院院长。Laurent Dala教授在空气动力学、气动弹性力学、气动声学、飞行力学与多学科优化方法等多个领域均有建树。
