摘 要：
His research interests are on polymeric composites and nanocomposites, with particular reference to the study of the structural response and the damage mechanics and the development of predictive models. Understanding and description of the behavior of composite materials and structures under cyclic (fatigue) loading are of actual interest as well as modelling of the toughening mechanisms and multifunctional response in composites and nanocomposites. He is also interested in bonded connections and in the development and optimization of composite structures.
报告人简介：
Marino Quaresimin教授，2011年起任帕多瓦大学管理与工程部机械设计教授，系主任。1990年获得帕多瓦大学机械工程硕士学位，于1994年获得佛罗伦萨大学的机械设计博士学位。长期从事聚合物基复合材料和纳米复合材料力学研究，在复合材料结构响应和损伤力学的研究以及预测模型的开发，复合材料与结构在疲劳载荷下的力学行为，复合材料和纳米复合材料中增韧机理及多功特性，复合材料连接结构设计与优化方面有着深入的研究。Marino Quaresimin教授目前已发表学术论文300余篇，被引用2300多次，H因子28，担任Composites Science and Technology欧洲区主编等。
