Zhang Zhilin: I went to Khalifa University in late August 2022 for a four-month exchange study. Enthusiastic help from foreign teachers and classmates allowed me to quickly integrate into the local environment, which allowed me to carry out my studies smoothly afterwards. I've enriched myself and broadened my horizons in that time. It has been a valuable life experience for me.
Cui Jiaolin: Four months as a visiting student at Khalifa University made me feel the atmosphere of life and research in different environments. Khalifa University encourages students to study by themselves. During my visit, I learned relevant software by myself and completed the numerical simulation of the damaged wing under the guidance of Prof Sean. The diet of Khalifa University is different from that in China. Most lunches are meat and rice, and less vegetables. The school does not provide meals on weekends so I cook. The climate of Khalifa University is relatively hot in spring and summer, which is not suitable for too many outdoor activities.
